Hot Single Habanero Chicken Stir Fry
- 1/3 tb Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/9 Whole head of pureed garlic
- 1/3 oz Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Habaneros
- 1/6 oz Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 tb Fresh Ginger
- 1/3 tb Curry Paste
- 1/2 tb Hoisin sauce
- 1/3 lb chicken or turkey breast
- One packet of Hokkien Stir Fry Noodles
Directions
First, cut up your chicken or turkey breast into small pieces. Once the meat is cut into nice size pieces, mix the Teriyaki, Hoisin, and Thai Sweet Chili sauces together with the chicken or turkey breast. Let the meat sit in the sauce for 30 minutes.
Second; shred your habaneros, garlic, and ginger together to make a puree. Combine with the chicken and sauce and let sit for four hours.
Third, after the puree and the chicken or turkey is done sitting prepare a Wok pan by using sesame oil. Add your meat into the Wok and prepare a second dish to sauté the vegetables for 5 to 10 minutes. While the vegetables begin to cook, you can start to cook the meat in the Wok pan with the sauce on medium-high heat and cook for 4 to 8 minutes. Be sure to stir and to flip the meat over until it is fully cooked and the sauce is mixed in well. After the vegetables have sautéed, add them to the Wok and mix together.
Fourth, add the Hokkien Stir Fry noodles to the mixture and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until fully cooked and ready to server.
